At Rise and Shine, we have been providing agricultural services for over 20 years. We started as a small family business and have grown to serve the entire community.  

We support plan managed or self-managed participants. 

Our program operates for 12 weeks, offering structured training sessions of 4 hours per day, twice a week. We can provide transportation assistance to and from the farm as needed. To ensure participants develop the necessary skills for employment, a commitment of 8 hours per week over the 12-week period is required.

At the conclusion of the program, our occupational therapist will assess each participant's readiness for paid employment. We utilize the code 04_104_0125_6_1 for Access Community, Social, and Recreational Activities at a standard weekday daytime rate of $67.56 per hour. 

Training sessions are typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to accommodate weekends if required.

As the support coordinator, we kindly request that you provide information regarding the participant's goals, safety concerns, and mobility levels. Our aim is to connect the right individuals to suitable job opportunities, empowering them to reach their full potential.
