At Rise and Shine eggs we are passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities. Our 12-week "Skills of Employment" our disability support training program is designed to equip participants with the tools and confidence to engage in paid employment. We support plan managed or self-managed participants. We can't wait to work with you.

By hiring a participant from our program, you will gain access to relevant government funding and receive ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.
The skills developed through our training include effective communication, responsibility, time management, animal welfare practices, adherence to safety procedures, work schedule compliance, agricultural expertise, and a positive attitude.
